Shipping Time

All orders are processed and sent within 1-3 business day(s) after purchasing. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays

Returns

All SALE items are FINAL. We do not refund or exchange items that are in sale.

Returns Policy
- Your item(s) must be returned to Kiss the Rainbow HQ within 30 days of first receiving the products, including faulty products
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Processing Time
- We process all of our returns within 14 days of receiving the item(s)
- You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received
- We will refund in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days to appear on your bank statement
